Shipping rates will be added to your order. All items are sent with tracking and PLEASE NOTE customs may apply to orders being shipped to European countries.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of any customs charges that may be added to your order. We are unable to predict or control what these may be and costs vary depending on the country they are being shipped to.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please note that while I endeavour to post items out as soon as possible, I am a small business, and all orders are packed and dispatched solely by myself. Please allow up to 3 working days for items to be dispatched, your patience is appreciated.
If you are ordering a gift or need it by a specific date, please contact me with the details and I will to my utmost to accommodate your request. Please be understanding that once dispatched, I cannot control how quickly it gets to you. Our items are sent 1st class, tracked so waiting time is kept to a minimum.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order. You will also receive an order confirmation, if details are incorrect then please contact me immediately so I can amend this before the item is dispatched. I cannot issue a refund for items sent to an incorrect address.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and must be in original packaging, unused and unopened. A full refund will be issued on receipt of the print being returned. Due to this being a small business, I am unable to cover postage costs, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to do so and I highly recommend that the item is sent tracked. I hope you understand that I cannot issue any refunds for items lost in the post on their way back to me.
